At Baby Phat, we want you to be completely obsessed with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
